MUMBAI, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat on a positive note Thursday. Equity benchmarks continued to trade in a tight range due to lack of triggers at domestic as well as global level.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 31,596.06, 28.05 points or 0.9 percent up compared to its previous close at 31,568.01.
