KIEV, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Servant of the People is ready to discuss possible coalition with Svyatoslav Vakarchuk's Holos party, Interfax Ukraine news agency reported on Sunday.
"Our proposal to Mr. Vakarchuk was voiced since the beginning of my presidential campaign ... We invite Mr. Vakarchuk to talk with pleasure," said Zelensky during the briefing at Servant of the People party's headquarter in Kiev.
As the exit polls came out, Vakarchuk said that people have voted for the changes and his party is glad to be part of the changes.
Answering whether Holos party is ready to enter into a coalition with Servant of the People party, the politician said that his party is ready to take responsibility.
He noted that the party will be ready to start negotiations after the announcement of the official election results.
Earlier preliminary national exit polls showed that as of 6 p.m. Servant of the People received 43.9 percent, Opposition Platform - For Life -11.5 percent, Batkivshchyna - 8.9 percent, European Solidarity - 7.6 percent and Holos - 6.3 percent.
The final results of the national exit polls will be announced at 10 p.m. Kiev time.
