BEIJING, Dec. 20 (Xinhua)-- Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza will pay an official visit to China from Dec. 20 to 23 at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying made the announcement here on Wednesday.
