SINGAPORE, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- Singapore stocks closed lower on Tuesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) dropping 0.59 percent, or 20.04 point, to close at 3,399.09.
A total of 2.59 billion shares changed hands with a turnover of 1.67 billion Singapore dollars (about 1.22 billion U.S. dollars). Losers outnumbered gainers by 322 to 149.
