HANOI, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Ford Vietnam on Thursday said it is recalling 119 vehicles manufactured in Vietnam for checking and replacing faulty airbags.
The automobiles include 113 Ford Ranger Wildtrak pickup trucks produced between Oct. 29, 2016 and Jan. 27, 2017, and six are Ford Everest 2.2L sport utility vehicles manufactured between Dec. 10, 2016 and Jan. 12, 2017.
A failure in their airbag activation devices might cause the safety equipment not to inflate when a collision occurs.
