MUMBAI, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened on a mildly positive note Wednesday as investors are waiting for the Reserve Bank of India's MPC meeting outcome later in the day.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 31,520.63, 23.25 points or 0.07 percent up compared to its previous close at 31,497.38.
