Indian markets open flat

MUMBAI, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with positive note on Thursday amid mixed Asian cues.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 31,612.22, 44.21 points or 0.14 percent up compared to its previous close at 31,568.01. Enditem
