RIYADH, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday that all pilgrims attending the Hajj pilgrimage are so far free from epidemic and quarantine diseases, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The health ministry highlighted that the health situation is good in the Muslim Hajj, with 443,903 pilgrims from 48 countries having crossed the health checkpoints.
The ministry said that they are taking preventative policies as priority, and coordinating with the World Health Organization and other international authorities to ensure there is no epidemic outbreak. Enditem
