Militants shoot dead 7 civilians in western Afghan province

FARAH, Afghanistan, July 12 (Xinhua) -- Seven civilians were shot and killed by militants along a roadway in the country's western province of Farah late Tuesday, a provincial government spokesman said on Wednesday.
