MUMBAI, July 11 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat on a positive note Tuesday. Equity benchmarks erased some gains due to profit booking after hitting record highs.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 31,747.09, 31.45 points or 0.1 percent up compared to its previous close at 31,715.64.
