DUBLIN, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Irish police said on Friday they have seized massive drugs worth 3.8 million euros following an operation a day ago.
As part of a planned operation, a search was conducted at a house at Clinstown, Stamullen, east Ireland's County Meath on Thursday afternoon, police said.
Following a search of the house, lands and vehicles, police discovered a significant quantity of drugs.
In total, 160 kgs of suspected cannabis herb, nearly 30 kgs of suspected cocaine, and 2.5 kgs of suspected cannabis resin were seized in the operation.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene.
In February, Irish police seized about 160 kg of cannabis herb with a street value of 3.2 million euros in an operation targeted at organized crime gangs. The seizure was also made in County Meath, just 50 km north of Dublin. Enditem
