Taliban soldier kills 4 including key commander, joins IS in N. Afghan province

SHIBERGHAN, Afghanistan, June 23 (Xinhua) -- A Taliban soldier has killed four armed friends including key Taliban commander Qari Aman in Darzab district of the northern Jawzjan province and joined the Islamic State (IS) group in the area, deputy to provincial police chief, Abdul Hafiz Khashi, said Friday.
