Burundi beats South Sudan 3-0 in 2019 Africa cup of nations qualifier

BUJUMBURA, June 10 (Xinhua) -- The Burundian national soccer team Saturday afternoon beat the South Sudanese team 3-0 in the qualifier of 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

All three goals came in the first half of the match at Prince Louis Rwagasore stadium in the Burundian capital Bujumbura.

South Sudanese players struggled to score in the second half, but they could not be able to break the strong defence of the Burundian players.
