CAIRO, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi said on Monday the blast Sunday at a Cairo church that left 24 dead was carried out by a suicide bomber, identified as 22-year-old Mahmoud Shafiq.
