DAMASCUS, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced Sunday the beginning of a military campaign against Syria's northern city of al-Raqqa, the de facto capital of the Islamic State (IS) group, according to the SDF.
