RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 15 (Xinua) -- Greek gymnast Eleftherios Petrounias claimed the gold of men' s rings here on Monday at the Rio Olympic Games.
The 25-year-old reached the highest score of 16.000 points in the first final of gymnastics on Monday after a strong performance with perfect landing.
Brazilian veteran Arthur Zanetti failed to defend his title, but brought home a silver in 15.766 points, followed by Denis Abliazin of Russia in 15.700 points.
