Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Yi Xianliang jointly laid foundation on Monday for the main dam of Moragahakanda-Kalu Ganga Irrigation Development Project, which will be constructed by a Chinese company.
