HONG KONG, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed down 19.57 points, or 0.07 percent, to 29,234.09 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 29,159.28 and 29,326.52. Turnover totaled 80.28 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 10.26 billion U.S. dollars).
