MUMBAI, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with negative note Thursday on the day of expiry of September derivative contracts.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 31,123.08, 36.73 points or 0.12 percent down compared to its previous close at 31,159.81.
