BEIJING, Sept. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- The 2017 International Tea Forum and the Fourth Selenium Products Expo opened on Tuesday simultaneously in the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, central China's Hubei Province.
Co-sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the biennial tea forum is a significant gathering of the global tea industry.
The Selenium Products Expo has attracted officials, experts and entrepreneurs from over 35 countries and regions.
The four-day events will feature a series of activities including the forum of selenium and health development, selecting activities for famous and high quality selenium products, and the round-table conference for sustainable development of global tea industry.
As the only autonomous prefecture in central China's Hubei Province, Enshi boasts rich natural resources and is named the World Capital of Selenium.
