PYONGYANG, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- The top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un has vowed to retaliate against U.S. President Donald Trump "for his speech calling for totally destroying the DPRK," the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Friday.
