MUMBAI, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with positive note on Tuesday as investors looking for cues from two-day monetary policy meeting of Federal Reserve that will begin later in the day.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 32,432.59, 8.23 points or 0.03 percent up compared to its previous close at 32,423.76.
