BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli will attend the opening ceremony of the annual expo, business and investment summit between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Geng Shuang said Friday.
The 14th China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit will be held from Sept. 12 to Sept. 15 in Nanning, capital city of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Brunei's Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Vietnam's Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, Lao Deputy Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone and Kazakhstan First Deputy Prime Minister Askar Mamin will attend the opening ceremony.
During the expo, Zhang will also meet with foreign leaders and attend the opening ceremony of a forum on local-level cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
