YANGON, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Nay Pyi Taw Tuesday on a three-day state visit to Myanmar.
Modi is expected to meet President U Htin Kyaw and hold talks with State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi in the capital on issues of mutual interest.
Modi is scheduled to deliver a speech at Yangon's Thuwunna Stadium on Wednesday, the second day of his visit.
During his stay in Myanmar, Modi will also visit the cities of Yangon and Bagan.
