HOUSTON, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner announced Tuesday that the authorities decided to put in place a curfew in the city to prevent looting following record flooding in Texas.
The curfew would become effect at 10:00 p.m. (0300 GMT) and last until 5:00 a.m. (1000 GMT).
