U.S. stocks close up after DPRK missile launch

NEW YORK, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Tuesday amid the missile launch by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

The Dow gained 0.26 percent, and the S&P 500 rose 0.08 percent, while the Nasdaq increased 0.30 percent.
