U.S. stocks close mixed with energy shares in focus

NEW YORK, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended mixed on Monday as investors mainly focused on energy stocks after Hurricane Harvey wreaked havoc in Texas of the United States over the weekend.

The Dow shed 0.02 percent, and the S&P 500 rose 0.05 percent, while the Nasdaq increased 0.28 percent.
