ISTANBUL, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- At least seven people were killed and 20 others injured on Friday when a tractor overturned in Turkey's northwestern province of Sakarya, local media reported.
The tractor was carrying agriculture laborers when it went off the road and tumbled down into a stream bed near the Hendek district of the province, Turkish private Dogan news agency said.
The Hurriyet daily noted the laborers came from the southeastern province of Diyarbakir for seasonal work in Sakarya.
Rescue crew and ambulances were dispatched to the scene, press reports said, noting the reason of the accident was not immediately clear.
