5.8-magnitude quake hits Tonga: USGS

HONG KONG, June 19 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted 139km WNW of Havelu, Tonga at 0915 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 263.52 km, was initially determined to be at 20.7303 degrees south latitude and 176.4767 degrees west longitude.
