TUNIS, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Tunisia firmly condemns the suicide bomb attack targeting the Britain's Manchester Arena, the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Tuesday.
The attack killed at least 22 people and injured about 60 people.
The Tunisian diplomacy described this suicide bombing as a "cowardly terrorist act" while expressing "total compassion and full solidarity with the British government and people in the face of such barbaric attacks" before presenting condolences to the families of the victims.
"Tunisia also reiterates its urgent appeal to the international community to better coordinate to face up to terrorism and eradicate its roots," said Tunisian ministry in an official statement.
