Gold price closes up in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, April 12 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong closed at 11,823 Hong Kong dollars per tael on Wednesday, up 158 Hong Kong dollars from the previous trading day, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
