TEHRAN, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Iran defeated Iraq 3-2 in a futsal friendly match played in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz on Saturday, Press TV reported on Sunday.
The two teams are scheduled to play again at 4 p.m. local time (1230 GMT) on Sunday.
According to the latest monthly classification published by the Association Mundial de Futsal (AMF), the Iranian squad has maintained its position as Asia's the best and world's sixth place with 1,608 points.
