SINGAPORE, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Singapore stocks finished lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 10.96 points, or 0.35 percent, to close at 3,096.69.
A total of 2.63 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1.06 billion Singapore dollars (744.7 million U.S. dollars). Decliners outnumbered gainers 274 to 196.
The STI index gained 10.96 points, or 0.35 percent, to close at 3,107.65 on Feb. 17.
