NEW YORK, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar declined against other major currencies on Thursday as investors were digesting the newly-released jobs data from the country.
In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.0599 dollars from 1.0463 dollars, while the dollar bought 115.53 Japanese yen, lower than 117.56 yen in the previous session.
