JINAN, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- Six people remained missing after a fishing boat capsized after being rammed by an unknown ship off the coast of east China's Shandong Province early Sunday, local authorities said.
The boat, "Jinhanyu04856", sank into the sea waters 50 nautical miles east of Chengshantou in Rongcheng City at about 3 a.m. and 11 crew members aboard fell into the water.
Local fishery authorities have coordinated 12 fishing boats nearby to take part in the rescue and search operation. Five fishermen have been saved and the rescuers are still trying to locate the rest six missing.
