ANKARA, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Two Turkish soldiers were killed in attacks by suspected members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the southeastern provinces of Bingoll and Siirt, Dogan News Agency reported Thursday.
One soldier was killed when a military vehicle he was riding on hit an improvised explosive device in the Kigi district of Bingol.
The other soldier was killed in clashes with suspected PKK militants in Siirt province. One other soldier was wounded in the fighting, Dogan said.
The PKK is listed as a terrorist organization by the United States, the European Union and Turkey.
