MADRID, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 1.13 percent on Tuesday to close at 8,621.70 points, down from the 8,720.60 points of Monday.
On Tuesday session, IAG shares led falls losing 2.37 percent, followed by Inditex, Aena, Gamesa, Iberdrola and Grifols that lost 2.36 percent, 2.02 percent, 1.86 percent, 1.79 percent and 1.64 percent respectively.
On the other hand, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 3.36 percent, followed by Repsol, Tecnicas Reunidas and Acerinox that rose 1.03 percent, 0.45 percent and 0.38 percent respectively.
Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 100.50 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 0.9 percent, both showing no differences when compared with Monday.
