RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Charline Picon from France won the gold medal of the women's RS:X in the sailing competition at the 2016 Olympic Games here on Sunday.

China's Chen Peina settled for a silver medal. Stefaniya Elfutina from Russia took the bronze.
