MOGADISHU, July 31 (Xinhua) -- At least five people were killed and several others injured on Sunday in twin car bomb blasts by the Islamist group Al-Shabaab at the headquarters of Somalia's Criminal Investigations Department in the capital Mogadishu, police said.
