Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) deputies on Thursday afternoon cast their votes to elect Chairperson of the 14th NA. During the first session of the 14th NA in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Thursday, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan was approved by 97.17 percent of NA deputies to be the sole nominee for the post of 14th NA chairperson, according to Vietnam's state-run news agency.
