第9屆中國—南亞博覽會將於2025年6月19日至24日在雲南昆明舉辦，本屆博覽會延續“團結協作、共謀發展”主題，由商務部和雲南省人民政府共同舉辦，是今年中國同南亞國家重要的經貿交流活動之一。南博會舉辦前夕，記者專訪了南博會執委會副主任、雲南省商務廳廳長李朝偉。
記者：李廳長您好，很高興您接受我的訪談。南博會是推動中國與南亞國家經貿合作的一個重要的平台，今年是第9屆，與前八屆相比今年有什麼不同？展館設置上有什麼樣的講究？
Director Li, thank you for this interview.As a pivotal platform forpromoting economic and trade cooperation between China and South Asian countries, how does the 9thChina-South Asia Exposition differ from previous sessions?In terms of exhibition hall settings, what's the consideration?
李朝偉：非常榮幸接受新華社財經面對面的專訪。本次南博會堅決貫徹落實好黨中央、國務院的決策部署，進一步深化國際化、市場化、專業化、品牌化的要求。

本次南博會邀請了斯裏蘭卡作為我們南博會的主題國，同時還邀請了與我們國家建交50周年的泰國，作為本屆南博會特邀夥伴。
We've invited Sri Lanka as our Country of Honor, and Thailand - celebrating 50 years of diplomatic ties with China - as Special Partner.
本屆南博會參展商達到了61個國家和地區，這一次南博會專門設置了南亞館、東南亞館和境外館，有800多個國際展會，參與的世界500強、中國500強，以及世界行業龍頭企業比上一屆增長了36%。
There are exhibitors from 61 countries and regions in this Expo. We’ve set up dedicated South Asia, Southeast Asia and International Halls.Over 800 international exhibitors are here, including Fortune 500, China 500, and global industry leaders - that’s 36% more than last year.
我們按照綜合展、專業辦的要求，在16個展館當中設置了11個專題館，比如説這次新設了旅居雲南館、中藥材館、製造業館、精品生活館、綠色能源館等。
Following the "Comprehensive Exhibition, Professional Execution" principle, we created 11 specialized pavilions within 16 halls, featuring new additions like the Living in Yunnan Pavilion, Traditional Chinese Medicine Pavilion, Advanced Manufacturing Pavilion, Premium Lifestyle Pavilion, and Green Energy Pavilion.
同時我們邀請了國內外著名的企業和採購商團隊。本次南博會，市場品牌合作方達到了22家，也是歷屆最多的。
We also invited renowned domestic and international enterprises and procurement delegations. This year,CSAE secured 22 brand partners - a record high in the event's history.
再一個我們突出了品牌化的運作，本次南博會我們首設了南博發布廳，將對南博會的新技術、新服務、新科技展品進行首發活動。
Additionally, we intensified our branding efforts.For the first time,CSAE established the 'CSAE Launchpad' - a dedicated platform for global debuts of new technologies, services, and innovative exhibits.
到目前，已經有51家企業報名參加首發，發布的內容也包含：生物醫藥大健康、高新技術産業、以及人工智能等新興領域的新品發布。在這一屆的南博會上也將會有人工智能這樣一些新技術亮相。
To date, 51 enterprises have signed up for launch events, covering product premieres in emerging fields including biopharma and health, high-tech industries, and artificial intelligence.
記者：在這一屆的南博會上也將會有人工智能這樣一些新技術亮相。接下來，在推動與南亞國家的經貿合作方面，怎麼樣利用這樣一些新技術？
At this year’s CSAE, cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence are also set to make their debut.How will technologies like AI enhance trade cooperation with South Asia?
李朝偉：在這次南博會期間，我們將展示人工智能、AI大數據等方面的産品和技術和服務。在製造業館將突出新質生産力，“新三樣”包括新能源電池、光伏、新能源汽車。同時，體現我們AI人工智能製造的有關內容。另外，在精品生活館體現AI智能家居，讓更多的AI人工智能技術賦予我們的生活。
During thisExpo, we’re showcasing AI, big data products and services across pavilions.In the manufacturing Pavilion, new quality productivity will be highlighted. The "new three items" include new energy batteries, photovoltaic power, and new energy vehicles.The Premium Lifestyle Pavilion demonstrates AI smart home technologies to enrich daily living.
另外一方面，本次南博會還聚焦綠色貿易、服務貿易、數字貿易。在綠色貿易方面，我們充分發揮雲南是全國重要的綠色能源基地，利用跨境的優勢和周邊國家開展綠色能源技術和服務的合作。
On the other hand, this Expo also focuses on green trade, service trade and digital trade.In terms of green trade,we give full play to the fact that Yunnan is an important national green energy base and take advantage of cross-border cooperation to carry out cooperation in green energy technologies and services with neighboring countries.
在數字貿易方面，依託即將建成的昆明國際通信業務&&口局，加大和周邊國家在跨境數據、跨境金融、跨境電子等方面的交流合作；
In terms of digital trade, it will rely on the soon-to-be-completed Kunming International Communication Business Import and Export Bureau. Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with neighboring countries in cross-border data, cross-border finance, cross-border electronics and other aspects.
在服務貿易方面，我們充分發揮雲南的優勢打造“有一種叫雲南的生活”旅居雲南的旅游品牌，通過旅游促經貿、旅游促人文交流。也將是雲南推動服務貿易，發展新質生産力的一個重點。
In terms of service trade, we have fully leveraged Yunnan's advantages to create a tourism brand of "There is a Kind of Life Called Yunnan" for those living in Yunnan, promoting economic and trade cooperation as well as cultural and people-to-people exchanges through tourism. It will also be a key point for Yunnan to promote service trade and develop new quality productive forces.
記者：雲南的商務部門在構建“雙循環”的新發展格局方面採取了哪些具體的舉措？
What specific measures have Yunnan's commerce departments taken in building a new development pattern of dual circulation?
李朝偉：在雙循環的過程當中，我們發揮雲南的區位優勢。第一，是按照省委、省政府的要求構建“1+3+4+N”口岸城市體系建設，以口岸帶動沿邊地區的發展，增強沿邊睦鄰友好。
We’re capitalizing on Yunnan’s geographic advantages through several key efforts: Firstly, implementing the provincial "1+3+4+N" port city cluster system to boost border development and neighborly relations.
同時，加大了與南亞東南亞國家瀾湄合作，把雲南的優勢特色産業進一步向南亞和東南亞國家推廣。
At the same time, we increase our cooperation with South Asian and Southeast Asian countries through the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation.We further promote Yunnan's advantageous and characteristic industries to South Asian and Southeast Asian countries.
同時也在31個國家建立了境外商務代表處，我們的經貿活動在周邊國家實現雙方的雙向奔赴。
We’vealsoestablished 31 Overseas Business Representative Offices to facilitate two-way economic engagement.
這次南博會期間，我們設置的境外館和南亞東南亞館也將充分的展示境外的商品，加大我們雙循環平台作用的發揮。
During this Expo, the Overseas Hall and the South andSoutheast Asia Hall we set up will also fully display goods from overseas, to enhance the role of our dual circulation platform.
記者：雲南是中國面向南亞東南亞的重要門戶，在當前的外部形勢下雲南如何與南亞國家保持貿易的穩定性？
As China’s gateway to South andSoutheast Asia, how is Yunnan maintaining stable trade amid external challenges?
李朝偉：主要體現在硬聯通、軟聯通和心聯通上。
It mainly reflects in hard connectivity, soft connectivity, and heart connectivity.
硬聯通上，加大中老鐵路作用的發揮，繼續推動通道加口岸經濟的作用，加強瀾湄快線輻射全國31個省、市、自治區和周邊19個國家貿易往來。
For hard connectivity, we are increasing the role of the China-Laos Railway, continuing to promote the role of the corridor plus port economy, and strengthening the Lancang-Mekong Express Line to radiate to 31 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country and trade with 19 neighboring countries.
今年我們又新開了瀾湄快線加中老鐵路的中老泰、柬埔寨馬來西亞貨運班列，實現了有效的對接。同時我們也加大中緬經濟走廊、中越經濟走廊、孟中印緬經濟走廊的作用，加大口岸和通道的建設力度。
This year, we have newly opened the China-Laos-Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia freight trains on the Lancang-Mekong Express Line plus the China-Laos Railway, achieving effective connection.
At the same time, we are also increasing the role of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor, China-Vietnam Economic Corridor, and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor, and increasing the construction of ports and corridors.
在軟聯通方面，我們持續地加大和周邊國家的經貿合作和産業對接合作，在南博會期間還將和老撾、越南進一步地溝通雙方跨境産業合作聯企的相關事宜。
In terms of soft connectivity, we continue to increase economic and trade cooperation and industrial docking cooperation with neighboring countries. During the Expo, we will further communicate with Laos and Vietnam on cross-border industrial cooperation and related matters of joint enterprises.
在心聯通方面，我們將繼續發揮南博會的作用，和周邊國家進一步地推動小而美的項目。在民生、人文、教育、醫療等方面的交流和合作，加大友城的建設力度，實現睦鄰友好、合作共贏。
In terms of heart-to-heart connectivity, we will continue to leverage the role of the CSAE, further promote small but beautiful projects with neighboring countries, enhance exchanges and cooperation in areas such as people's livelihood, culture, education and healthcare, intensify the construction of sister cities, and achieve good-neighborliness, friendship and win-win cooperation.
