WINDHOEK, April 10 (Xinhua) -- The Namibia women's national football team Brave Gladiators defeated Angela's counterparts 1-0 Saturday in an international friendly match played in Windhoek.
Defender Emma Naris scored the only goal after a fantastic corner cross from Zenatha Coleman in the 75th minute.
Speaking to Xinhua after the match, Namibian coach Robert Nauseb said despite his team lacking some hunger and appetite, he was pleased with the result.
"We did not play at our level because Angola were more prepared, but overall what matters most is the result. For now we are focusing on our match against Botswana," said Nausrb. Enditem
