BEIJING, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Thursday will attend a United Nations Security Council conference on safeguarding international peace and security and global governance in the post-COVID-19 era, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Wednesday.
