Members of Kazakh National Guard mourn COVID-19 victims in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, July 13, 2020. Kazakhstan on Monday mourned citizens who died of COVID-19 on a day of national mourning. At 12 p.m. local time (0600 GMT), the country observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to COVID-19 victims. Flags of the central and local governments and foreign diplomatic missions flew at half-mast to mourn the victims.
