BEIJING, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed higher on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.31 percent, at 3,039.67 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed 1.05 percent higher at 11,629.70 points.
