China to issue white paper on national defense

BEIJING, July 22 (Xinhua) -- China will issue a white paper on national defense on Wednesday morning.

The white paper titled "China's National Defense in the New Era" will be released at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and a press conference will be held by the State Council Information Office.
