Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha (C) lays a floral wreath to one of the two new Sukhoi Superjet 100LR airplanes that are put to use under the Royal Thai Air Force at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, Aug. 31, 2016.
