A soldier from the forces loyal to Libya's UN-backed Government of National Accord receives medical treatment at a hospital in Misrata, Libya, Aug. 29, 2016. Fierce clashes against the Islamic State (IS) militants in the Libyan city of Sirte killed 18 soldiers and injured another 120 on Sunday, according to Sirte's field hospital.
