JALALABAD, Afghanistan, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Up to 17 insurgents loyal to the Islamic State (IS) have confirmed death after unmanned plane attacked the militants' hideouts in Achin and Mamandari districts of the eastern Nangarhar province early Wednesday, police said.
