NAY PYI TAW, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar's Election Commission is preparing to submit a bill to the Parliament to recall representatives who is found disqualified, morally corrupted or breaking the law.

If the bill is passed, the Election Commission will take actions in accordance with the amendment, member of the commission U Aung Myint said Monday.

The bill was discussed for two times in the previous terms of the parliament in 2012 and 2015 but was suspended for further process.

The new parliament term started on Feb. 1, 2016 after a general election was held on Nov. 8, 2015, in which Aung San Suu Kyi-led National League for Democracy party won a landslide victory and held an absolute majority of parliamentary seats in both Houses.
